Know your triggers

Dust, smoke, pollen, cold air and infections commonly trigger symptoms.

Follow your action plan

Ask your doctor for a written asthma action plan explaining daily care and what to do during a flare.

Seek urgent care

If your reliever does not help or you struggle to speak, call 112.
