About these terms

These terms govern your use of Health One Stop Solutions. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

Our role

Health One Stop is a healthcare discovery and coordination platform. We help you find and connect with independent healthcare providers. Providers are responsible for the care they deliver.

Not for emergencies

The platform, assistant and helpline are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account, including family profiles you manage.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, post misleading health claims, impersonate others or attempt to access information that is not yours.

Appointments and payments

Appointment availability is set by providers. Cancellation and refund rules are shown before you confirm a booking.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
