Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026. This document should be reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Health One Stop Solutions collects, uses, stores and protects personal and health information when you use our website, apps and helpline.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email, phone number and city.
  • Health information you choose to add, including family profiles, medical records, documents, appointments and second opinion requests.
  • Usage information such as pages visited and searches made, collected with a first party cookie and reported in aggregate.

How we use information

We use information to provide the services you ask for, such as booking appointments, connecting you with providers, sending reminders and responding to helpline requests. We do not sell personal information.

Health information

Medical documents are stored privately and are never available through public links. Providers can access a document only when you share it, for a limited period, or when you include it in a request such as a second opinion. You can revoke sharing at any time. Every access is logged.

Consent

We ask for clear consent before processing health records, sharing documents or contacting you about optional updates. You can review and withdraw consent from your account settings.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and regular reviews to protect information.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your information by contacting us. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent to our support team through the contact page.

Health One Stop Assistant
Guidance and navigation, not a diagnosis
Hi! I can help you find the right kind of doctor, explain medical terms, prepare questions for an appointment or guide you around Health One Stop. How can I help today?

Not for emergencies. If you are in danger, call 112.
