Make the home safer

Remove loose rugs, add night lights, install grab bars in bathrooms and keep commonly used items within easy reach.

Stay strong

Balance and strength exercises, guided by a physiotherapist if needed, reduce fall risk.

Review medicines and vision

Some medicines cause dizziness. Regular eye checks and medication reviews with a doctor help.
