Protect your skin

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen, wear a hat and seek shade between 11 am and 4 pm.

Stay hydrated

Drink water regularly and include buttermilk, coconut water or ORS on very hot days.

Know heat stroke signs

Confusion, very high body temperature and fainting need emergency care. Call 112.
